As of 05:00 ET Peer 1 is still maintaining generator power. Both Peer 1 and facility generators are operational and we are using facility fuel to power our generator. We are unable to grant customers access to the facility at this time, talks are ongoing with the building and Peer 1 and should be resolved later this afternoon. Please submit all remote hands request to the NOC via 1-866-484-2588 or support@peer1.com. If you have opened a remote hands please confirm your services are available so we may close the request. We also suggest customers to turn off servers that are non critical.

As of 12:00 ET Peer1 is still maintaining generator power. Since the building has been stable for the past 12 hours and we have a steady fuel supply, we are transitioning to a 4 hour update schedule. Customers are still not able to access the building and will have to submit requests via the NOC at 1-866-484-2588 or support@peer1.com
